Overview
Brand Kits help ensure your creative stays consistent across every commercial. In QuickFrame AI (QFAI), you can create and manage multiple brands, each with its own logos, colors, fonts, and brand details.
You can create a brand manually or generate one automatically when starting a new project. This article walks you through how to create, edit, and delete Brand Kits.
Before you begin
Keep these key details in mind:
You can create and manage as many brands as needed.
Brand Kits automatically pull logos, colors, fonts, and other details from your website.
Creating a brand is optional. You can also start a project first and enter your URL or prompt, which automatically generates a Brand Kit.
Brand Kits can be updated at any time.
Create a Brand Kit
You can manually create a Brand Kit from the Brands section.
In the left navigation pane, next to Brands click the + add icon.
The Brand Profile modal appears.
Enter your brand’s website URL and click the green Generate icon.
QFAI will automatically pull brand elements such as:
Logos
Colors
Fonts
Social links
Brand description
Once generated, your new Brand Kit will appear in your Brands list.
Alternative: Automatically create a Brand Kit
If you prefer, you can skip manual creation. When starting a new project:
Select a style or start a blank project.
Enter your website URL or prompt.
QFAI will automatically generate a Brand Kit in the background.
This option is useful if you want to move quickly or test different creative directions.
Edit a Brand Kit
You can update your Brand Kit at any time to ensure your creative reflects your latest brand guidelines.
In the left navigation pane, under Brands, select the brand you want to update.
At the bottom, next to the search bar, click the Brand profile icon.
From the left navigvation pane, you can:
Update brand description
Edit the brand summary to improve how the AI understands your brand voice and positioning.
Manage logos
Review automatically pulled logos or upload new versions as needed.
Update colors and fonts
Add or upload fonts and adjust colors to match your brand.
Add pronunciation
Control how your brand name is spoken in AI-generated commercials.
From the left navigation pane, select Pronunciations.
In the top right, click + Add New.
The Create Pronunciation Correction modal appears.
Enter the Word and phonetic Pronunciation.
Click Save.
Preview the audio.
Add social links
Include any relevant social media accounts.
Manage connected accounts
Update or manage any linked brand accounts.
When you're finished editing your brand kit, you're ready to create a project.
To do so, click either:
Select a style to start; or
+ Start a blank project.
Delete a Brand Kit
You can remove a brand if it is no longer needed.
In the left navigation pane, under Brands, select the brand you want to delete.
At the bottom, next to the search bar, click the Brand profile icon.
Scroll to the bottom of the left navigation pane and click Delete Brand.
Confirm by clicking Delete Brand.
Deleting a Brand Kit removes it from your workspace and future projects.
