View your billing history, update payment methods, and assign billing contacts directly in your QuickFrame AI account.

Overview

You can manage your billing information directly in your QuickFrame account, including viewing billing history, updating your credit card, and checking payment status. This article covers how to access your billing settings and what to expect.

How to

  1. Sign in to Quickframe AI.

  2. In the bottom-left, click on your account and select Billing from the menu.

    From the Billing dashboard, you can add and update your payment method and billing address, as well as review your billing history.

Add or Update Payment Method

  1. Under Payment Method, click + Add payment method.


    ๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tip: QuickFrame AI accepts all major credit cards and doesn't store your information.


  2. Enter your payment information.

  3. Click Save Changes.

Add or Update Billing Settings

  1. Under Billing Settings, click + Add billing address.

  2. Enter your billing address.

  3. To optionally add billing contacts:

    1. Scroll down to Billing Contacts and click +Add contact.

    2. Enter your billing contact's information.

    3. Click Save changes.

  4. Click Save Changes.

View Billing History

  1. Under Billing History, review your transactions.

  2. Use the search bar and date selector to optionally narrow and filter results.
