Overview

The quickest way to get help in QuickFrame AI is through the Messenger — the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the platform and Help Center. You can ask our AI agent questions, search articles, or request help from a teammate.

Ask a Question

  1. Click the Chat icon.

  2. Click Ask a question.

    The AI agent opens and greets you. It can:

    • Answer common questions

    • Point you to relevant help articles

    • Walk you through processes

    • Provide quick guidance without waiting for a human

Just chat naturally — type what you need and the AI will respond right away.

Request human support

If you need help from our team, enter submit a request.

The AI agent will intake your details and hand off your full chat history, so you never need to repeat yourself.

The AI agent may also suggest routing prompts if it detects you need more specific support:

  • "I have a question" — for general questions or guidance

  • "I'm experiencing a bug" — to report technical issues

  • "Something else" — if your request doesn’t fit a category

Search for Help

  1. Click the Chat icon.

  2. Click Search for help.

  3. Enter your search topic in the search bar at the top.

    You’ll see step-by-step guides, troubleshooting articles, and best-practice content — available 24/7.

  1. Click the Chat icon.

  2. Click on the Messages tab.
